Shipping and delivery

We deliver orders to Finland and Åland, the Baltic States, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Holland and Belgium.

We offer free delivery to Finland, Åland, the Baltics and Sweden for orders over 50€ automatically.

The limit of free delivery to Denmark, Germany, Holland and Belgium is 69€.

 

Delivery time

2 to 5 business days when products are in stock. Shipping delays, weekends and holidays may affect delivery time.

Shipping costs depend on the order value and the delivery method chosen.

 

Delivery options

PostNord Service point (MyPack Collect)

  • Environmentally friendly delivery to the PostNord service point of your choice.
  • Estimated delivery time 1–2 weekdays.
  • You can follow the delivery with the PostNord app.
  • Your parcel will be delivered to a PostNordin pick up point. You will receive a notification via the app, SMS and/or email, when your parcel is ready to be picked up. The person collecting the parcel must present a valid ID and arrival notification.

PostNord Parcel locker (MyPack Collect)

  • Environmentally friendly delivery to the PostNord parcel locker of your choice.
  • Estimated delivery time 1–3 weekdays.
  • Follow the delivery with the PostNord app.
  • Some parcel lockers are located outdoors and are available 24 hours a day.
  • You need the PostNord app to use the PostNord Lähiboksi outdoor lockers.
  • Your parcel will be delivered to a PostNordin parcel locker. You will receive a notification via the app, SMS and/or email, when your parcel is ready to be picked up.

PostNord Home delivery (MyPack Home)

  • Environmentally friendly delivery to your door at the agreed time.
  • Home delivery on the weekdays 8 am to 9 pm.
  • In the largest cities realtime trackable deliveries also in the evenings.
  • Estimated delivery time 1–3 weekdays.
  • Modify your delivery as preferred.
  • PostNord will deliver to your door at the agreed time on the weekdays from 8 am to 9 pm, depending on the delivery area. You will receive a notification via SMS or email. You can change the delivery time or give an authorization to deliver your shipment without a signature via the link in the shipment notification. If you are not on site at the time of delivery, contact PostNord customer service to arrange a new delivery.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your package. You can check the shipping status of your package.

The package is delivered to the service point selected at the ordering stage and you receive a package arrival notification by mail, email or SMS.

If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, we will email you an estimate of the arrival date of the package.

 

Return and exchange policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to exchange and/or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The return right applies only items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Include a copy of the order when sending an item back for return or exchange. Also include your name, customer number, phone number, email and address.

For exchanges, please include the information on what you wish to exchange the item for.

We will not accept returns after 14 business days. Once we have received the return has been received, it will be processed. When the return it accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method.

 

Delivery problems and faulty products

Should you not receive your package or if an item was damaged in transport or if the item ordered is faulty, contact us immediately by email info@nomaiworld.fi

If the package was damaged in transport, a claim must also be made with the shipping company.

Notifications must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. Customers should familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions before placing an order.
