Our Heavy menstrual cup is best suited for individuals with extremely heavy menstrual bleeding. You should not be alarmed by the large size of the Heavy-sized menstrual cup, as the material of the menstrual cup is very soft and pliable, so it easily fits in place and does not feel uncomfortable despite its size.

Nomai Menstrual Cup dimensions
The total length of the Nomai Menstrual Cups is the same 70 mm in all options, although the antenna length is slightly different in each size. The length of the cervix varies from individual to individual and for the Nomai Menstrual cup we wanted to design a fairly long antenna so that even individuals with a long cervix can easily remove the Nomai Menstrual Cup. Those whose cervix is shorter and the antenna remains outside the vagina or if it can be felt during used, can choose to shorten it by cutting.

Did you know, if necessary, we offer you the possibility to change your menstrual cup to another size? With a receipt, you are entitled to replace your menstrual cup purchase from the Nomai online store for another size.
The right of exchange is valid only once.
If you are not satisfied with the size of your Nomai Menstrual Cup after practicing using it for at least four menstruation cycles, you can change the menstrual cup purchased from Nomai's online store (excluding products purchased from retailers) to a different size. Please send us an email to info@nomaiworld.fi and we will send you more detailed return instructions. The right of return takes effect 4 months after the date of purchase and is valid for 2 months thereafter.
